Manager Performance Management (Corporate Travel)

Full-time, based in France, Germany, Spain or Poland (BCD Office or Home Office)

In this role you are responsible for defining, developing, and implementing a performance management approach for our customer Airbus. The primary goal of this position is to improve the overall operational effectiveness of all Airbus set-ups in scope, with emphasis on data, analytics, continuous improvement, productivity, cost controls and overall business success.

• Establish business driven development plans for individuals
• Determines plans for long-term learning and development needs
• Assists in providing training to improve efficiency, new implementations, additions, or changes with current processes
• Provides new hire orientation, employee training and performance reviews
• Analyze business issues, document business requirement to find the best solution and best practice
• Define and implement new (automated) processes
• Prepare risk assessments and establish contingency plans for risk areas
• Support for technical related projects
• Identify best practices in customer experience and operational efficiency from both in and out of the industry, be able to apply these ideas and concepts to our organization, develop plans and facilitate implementation of those best practices
• Provide internal / external customers with insights based on business research and analysis
• Provide effective leadership, mentoring and coaching to team members to ensure KPI’s and personal objectives are achieved.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance appraisals to assess team performance and progress against goals and business plans.

How can you set yourself apart

• Extensive experience working in the corporate travel industry, including agency operations
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of travel operational processes and services
• Proficiency in French, German or Spanish in addition to English
• Prior managerial experience of 2-3 years
• Good communication and influencing skills and proven experience of working and building an effective relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
