Position : Process Manager (Travel Industry)

Process Manager (Travel Industry)

In this role you collaborate closely with other teams, suppliers and clients to guarantee standardization of processes following best practice. You will contribute to the successful delivery of projects and initiatives within the Service and Commercial Development team. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure understanding of each initiative and its impact to our organization to assure that the solution we create addresses the business requirements.

A snapshot of this opportunity

  • Supports initiatives and ensure all project standards are adhered to and the agreed business benefits are realized
  • Collaborate closely with other teams, suppliers and clients to guarantee standardization of processes following best practice
  • Serve as a process, project and/or product subject matter expert
  • Provide recommendations and solutions that takes into account the nature of our organization and culture as well as the relationship we have with others in the industry
  • Serve as liaison point between the account, the region and the project team
  • Support the Identification of best practices in the customer experience and in operation efficiency from both in and out of the industry, be able to apply these ideas and concepts to our organization, develop plans and facilitate implementation of those best practices
  • Help define and implement best practices across Operations, Account Management, Technology and financial areas as related to specific projects Deliver successful project outcomes and yield results established in project objectives
  • Prepare risk assessments, establishing contingency plans for risk areas

Required profile for job ad : Process Manager (Travel Industry)

How you can set yourself apart

  • Experience in the corporate travel industry including agency operations
  • Thorough knowledge of the internal corporate travel operational processes and services
  • Extensive knowledge of travel industry internal technologies (GDS, scripts, TA, OBT’s, fulfillment technology etc.)
  • Experience in an international working environment
  • Excellent English language skills, proficiency in a second language of the region is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and influencing skills and proven experience of working and building an effective relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
