Mr. Philipo Herman Malley was born and raised Babati Districts Rural Village of Tanzania. He is a fourth born in the family of 8 children of Mwl. Herman Burra Malley (father) and Magdalena Migire Lori (Mother). He joined University of Dar es salaam, University College of Lands and Architectural Studies (UCLAS) campus for Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from 2000 to 2004. He then joined ministry of Lands and Human Settlements Development as a field officer from June 2004 to June 2005 where he shifted to privately registered company named City and Environmental Planners Ltd located in Dar es salaam (June 2005 to March 2006). He was then employed by the College of African Wildlife Management, Mweka in Moshi, Tanzania as an Assistant Lecturer in Conservation Planning (March 2006 to November 2018). In October 2007 to September 5th Philipo joined Master of Science in Land Management, Specializing in Ecological Conservation at School of Applied Sciences of Cranfield University, England in the United Kingdom. Philipo is recognized as a Technical Teacher by Tanzania National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) in Tanzania since 2009.
