As the General Manager , I am responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests. I am the ambassador for the brand and the hotel. Providing leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work Very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders. Responsible for managing the Hotels management team (HOD's) and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. As the unit General Manager one my key result areas (KRA) is to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.

Managing a team of eight supervisors and sixty staff members (cleaners, drivers & laundry attendants), 4 Maintenance Handy Man, 2 Motor Mechanics, 1 Auto Electrician and 1 Workshop General Assist Preparation of daily work schedules for lodge rooms, clubhouse, rental houses, Maintenance & Mechanical Workshop Departments. Managing of the cleaning of 20 deluxe chalets (Graded 4 Star, 16 Roomed 5 Star Graded Lodge, 60 Self catering rental (4 - 6 bed roomed) houses and the main clubhouse, restaurants, conference venues.

Responsible for the day to day management of the entire room division sections, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Reservations, Maintenance and Concierge.
